Message from the PAC about the Christmas Craft Fair on November 8th:

Hello parents,

The Annual Sullivan Elementary Christmas Craft Fair is fast approaching!  It is going to be held on Sunday, November 8th at the Sullivan Hall (6306 152nd Street).  The fair hours are 10am – 4pm, and we need lots of volunteers to make this event a success.

In the past we have sent home a form to request volunteers, but as we are trying to get away from so much paper, we are trying a new volunteer sign up website.  If you are able to volunteer for any of the needed positions, click on the appropriate link and follow the directions to sign up.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email Heather at

1.  We need volunteers to hand out flyers to homes in the surrounding neighbourhoods.  The flyers will be available to volunteers on Thursday & Friday (Oct 29 & 30) at the school.  You will be assigned an area and given the approximate amount of flyers necessary.  We ask that all flyers be handed out on the weekend of Oct 31 – Nov 1.

PLEASE CLICK on the following link to volunteer for the flyer distribution:

2.  We also need volunteers to work the event on Sunday, November 8th.  We need a variety of people for set up, concession, raffle ticket sales, popcorn sales, and clean up.  Each volunteer sign up is for a one-hour period.  If you are able to help us out, please click on the following link.  It will bring up a sheet with all of the different areas and time periods listed.  Choose the one(s) that you are able to work, click on the area under sign up, and then fill out the contact information.

PLEASE click on the following link to volunteer to work at the event:

Thank you everyone for your support!
